The Web Site is targeted at persons who are at least 18 years of age. If a parent or guardian is made aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information please contact us via the Web Site Contact Us form, and we will delete the information about the child referenced from our files. We do not sell the personal information of minors less than 18 years of age.

We do not collect personal information from children for direct marketing purposes, however, when a supervising adult creates a booking or submits a waiver for a minor, they are expressly consenting for us to use the minor’s information to create messaging for their event or party or to maintain a waiver documenting their participation.
